The views were breathtaking, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Everything was well-managed and made my trip even more special. It is a very good property with well-maintained rooms and good food. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was polite and supportive, and the service quality was satisfactory.
However, we faced an issue with the room heater during the night. It stopped working, and despite calling the staff multiple times, it took a few hours to get it operational again. Even after it started working, the heating was not very effective, which caused some discomfort, especially considering the cold weather in Pahalgam.
Apart from this one issue, everything else was perfect.
