Cancellation Policy

General Terms

• All rates are subject to change based on adjustments in rate seasons, contracted validity periods, applicable government policies, or changes in law.
• For cash payments of ₹20,000 and above, a valid PAN card must be presented.
• As part of our enhanced security procedures, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in:
  • Foreign nationals: Passport with a valid visa
  • Indian nationals: Passport, Driver’s License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or PAN Card

Reservation Policy

• All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard).
• A signed authorization form, along with a copy of the front and back of the credit card, is required.
• Non-guaranteed bookings are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the hotel.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 21 days or more prior to arrival:
  • No retention charges; full refund applicable.
  • Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 15–20 working days.
• Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival:
  • 50% retention charges apply.
• Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival:
  • 100% retention charges apply.
• Early departures will incur charges for the entire balance of unused nights.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total room nights booked.
• Name changes are not permitted after a reservation is confirmed.
• Advance payment terms:
  • 25% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 75% is charged 15 days before arrival.

Advance Payment Note:

Please ensure all advance payments are routed through formal banking channels:

• Accepted: Cheques, Demand Drafts, or Net Banking
• Not accepted: Cash deposits directly into our account. Cash deposits will not be acknowledged as booking advances and may lead to complications.

Hotel Policies

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 14:00 hrs
• Check-Out: 12:00 hrs
• Early arrivals before 8:00 hrs will be charged from the previous night.
• Late check-out fees (subject to room availability):
  • 12:00–16:00 hrs: 25% of room rate
  • 16:00–18:00 hrs: 50% of room rate
  • After 18:00 hrs: 100% of room rate
• In the event of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booked duration.

No-Smoking Policy

In accordance with Indian law, smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed spaces of the hotel.
Smoking is only permitted in:

• Balconies of Luxury Balcony Rooms
• Designated outdoor smoking areas

Liquor Policy

Please note that liquor is not sold on the hotel premises.

Security Check – Travel Advisory

• Guests flying through Srinagar Airport must carry valid photo identification.
• Children aged 10 and above are also required to present ID (School ID or Passport).
• Please note: International roaming and prepaid mobile connections do not function in Jammu & Kashmir.

Kids Policy

• Children up to 6 years: Complimentary stay including breakfast and taxes.
• Ages 6–12 years: ₹2,500 per night (inclusive of taxes and breakfast)
• Above 12 years: ₹5,000 per night (inclusive of taxes and breakfast)

Note:
While we do not provide separate rollaway beds, all rooms are equipped with generously sized sofas that can comfortably serve as a bed for one child.
